In detail

Creation of an intervention ticket is mandatory to take charge of any incident. Intervention time is counted by 15 minutes periods.

Minimum subscription is one year, and the bundled intervention time is credited at subscription date. Beyond the bundled time, a time-credit account will have to be supplied using time-credit packs.

Subscription gives you access to our technical support platform, our development tools and outsourcing skills. We commit ourselves onto availability while you choose the service level according to your needs and expectations.
